Bubble Bursting

Land of the brave and free

Now living cowardly

In but a blink of the eye

We watch democracy die

Recoil in disgust and fear

Thats whats now happening here

A racist agitator

And bush league dictator

Sold too many on so many lies

Exploited his corporate ties

Now we drown in a sea of change

Watching our way of life being rearranged

It is disorienting and sad

Losing the pride and respect we had

The economy teeters on the brink

As our world leader role we watch sink

We knowingly gave the keys to a crook

Now no one wants to think or look

Was it ignorance and obeying T V

Or did you want change thinking only of me

Were you eager for the chaos and hate

Its very clear this guy never believed we'd be great

He sold us out and is happy to kill the dream

Already so damaged by his hate filled team

We need to stop this take it back and restore what we can

We have but one chance but we need every American
