They say love can’t see.

That it walks in faith, not proof.

But maybe love sees deeper…

Where the light begins inside.

They said love is blind, it doesn’t see the scars

Doesn’t count the battles or the broken hearts

But I see you clearer when my eyes are closed

Like stars burn brighter when the night is cold

Every wall I built, every line I drew

Fell apart the moment I touched the truth

You didn’t flinch at the mess in me

You stood still and chose to believe

You held my fears like fragile glass

Kissed the parts I tried to mask

You never ran, you never lied

So maybe love is blind… but it never hides

If love is blind, then let it lead me

Through every dark and stormy sky

If love can’t see, but still believes me

Then maybe truth don’t need the eye

You found me lost and still you tried

So take my hand, don’t let me fight

I used to think love makes you whole

Fills every crack, restores the soul

Gold is born where hearts fall apart

I was breathing, but I wasn’t alive

Till you read the tears I couldn’t describe

You saw my chaos, called it art

Taught me how to love the dark
