dear God 
I heard a psalm
a story of your love
a psalm of your protection 
the soldiers psalm
you are my refuge and fortress
in you I will put my trust
dear God
I couldn’t sleep tonight
but I remembered psalm 91
I will not feel the terror of the night
nor arrows by day
I will dwell in your shelter
and rest in your shadow
you are the most high
almighty
Dear God
you comfort me in this season
you tell me a thousand may fall at my side
ten thousand on my right
and yet I will not be touched
you protect me
God of strength thank you
you have told me
because I love you
I acknowledge your name
the one above all else
you will rescue me
you will protect me
this you have promised
your faithfulness
will be my shield
your spirit as my sword

and you will answer
