I’ll Drink To You

Well I did my time on the inside for getting into to much trouble what got me there is driving with no care while seeing double. I done did crashed my luck when I crashed into that blue pick up truck ……left two bodies laying dead on the scene covered in rubble. I made a promise to myself to quit drinking but tonight I got to thinking….i think I’ll grab a glass and drink to you. 
That night i was driving drunk I was heading out from the bar I should have just called a cab and never took my car..I was swerving left and I swerving right then all I saw was a pair of shiny lights oh how I should have never drove home that night. Ohhh .. how I should have never drove home that night.

I took a visit to the old couples grave and took a knee and bowed my head in prayed in saving grace. Goddd I’m sorry please god let me take their place I’ll even dig my own grave oh in the lords name mmm I feel ashamed…I pray again and again and again and again lord take me out this place.
