Find your strength

I have been through so much in my life.
I have been abused, both verbally and physically.  
But I survived it all. 
I made it through, and I"m here today. 


Find your strength and believe in yourself. You can do it.

 I was weak and scared to leave those situations.  
But I found the strength and got out and survived. 
Remember, it"s not your fault that they abuse you even though they try to make you think it is. 


Find your strength and believe in yourself. You can do it.

They will isolate you from those who love and care for you so you feel like they are the only one you have. 
But their not. 
Those who love and care about you are still there. 
They are waiting for you to get the strength to reach out for help. 
For you to have the strength to get out of there. 

Find your strength and believe in yourself. You can do it.

You do have it. 
Don"t let them make you think you don"t. 
You can survive, and you can get out and live a better life away from the abuse.

Trust me on this because I have been in more than one of those types of relationships, and I got out, so can you.
