War

We remember those who went before us to fight

We mourn those who died in the dark of war's night

We treasure those that are there now afraid

We pray for those who are yet to go that they don't fade

We honor those of every generation present, future, and past

We build memorials to the great that their names may last

We miss those who have not returned from far away

We search for those we can not find yet to this day

We work to keep those from ever being those again

We work to make the world our friend
