Doors keep knocking, voices talking, nonstop endless parade,

Everyone’s calling, no stalling, got me feeling like a raid.

Clock's ticking faster, wants me to master a dozen things at once,

I’m drowning in the chatter, need a splasher of relief, my hunt.

Can I just catch a breath? Oh, I need a little space.

Someone throw me a life raft, for my mental escape.

All I wanna do is breathe, just a little, easy flow,

Laugh and sing and dance, let the whole world go slow.

Text messages bouncing, deadlines mounting, I’m running in a maze,

Always on the go, no “hello,” caught in a frantic craze.

Wanna take it mellow, yell “hello” to my peace of mind,

But the noise around me’s a wild show, I gotta unwind.
