Prompt / Lyrics
Touch the Hem She had been bleeding for twelve long years. Twelve years of unanswered prayers. Twelve years of disappointment. Twelve years of hoping this time would be different. Scripture says she spent all she had on doctors and instead of getting better, she grew worse. But then… she heard Christ was passing by. She didn’t ask for a meeting. She didn’t wait for a platform. She didn’t need permission. She made a decision within herself: “If I can just touch the hem of His garment, I will be healed.” Not grab Him. Not stop the crowd. Just touch. When she did power flowed. Not because Christ turned around first. Not because He spoke first. But because faith made contact. The Bible says virtue left Him. Faith pulled heaven into the moment. That’s the part people often miss. She didn’t ask for a meeting. She didn’t wait for a platform. She didn’t need permission. She made a decision within herself: “If I can just touch the hem of His garment, I will be healed.” Not grab Him. Not stop the crowd. Just touch. Christ didn’t stop because she screamed. He stopped because faith reached Him. And some of you, right now… you’ve been bleeding hope. Emotionally. Spiritually. Mentally. Physically. You’ve tried everything. You’ve prayed. You’ve waited. You’ve trusted and you’re tired. But hear this clearly: Christ is still passing through the crowd. And He is still the same. She didn’t ask for a meeting. She didn’t wait for a platform. She didn’t need permission. She made a decision within herself: “If I can just touch the hem of His garment, I will be healed.” Not grab Him. Not stop the crowd. Just touch. What doctors couldn’t fix, what time couldn't heal, what people walked away from our saviour Jesus Christ restored in a moment. So I declare this right now: Touch the hem. Reach again. Believe again. Let faith rise where exhaustion has been living. For healing is flowing Deliverance is present. Restoration is near Touch the Hem of Jesus
