When you stop fighting what’s already gone

And start listening to what it taught you.

I used to live in yesterday, replaying every frame,

Trying to undo the choices, wearing all the blame.

But time won’t bend, and scars won’t fade

Just because I wish they’d disappear.

What’s done is done, the past is sealed,

But the road ahead is still right here.
