Paul wrote a letter from his chained up seat

Told the Galatians about keeping their feet

On the path to grace not the rules and chains

Faith in Christ is how freedom reigns

Who bewitched you Paul's asking straight

Don't twist the gospel don't complicate

You were running strong now lift up your eyes

It's Christ alone no disguise

Fruits of the spirit love and peace

Joy in the soul from the law we're released

Kindness flows like a river wide

Patience rides like the spirit inside

Don't sow division don't chase the flesh

Live by the Spirit and stay refreshed

Brothers and sisters let's carry the weak

Bear each other's burdens that's the freedom we seek

Galatians preach it y'all stand in awe

Oh foolish Galatians who bewitched your sight

Turning back to chains when you tasted the light

The law was the shadow but Christ is the core

Freedom in his name we ain't slaves no more

Walk by the Spirit not flesh not pride

Fruits of the Spirit let em be your guide

Love joy peace patience holding strong

In his Grace we belong keep it rolling along

Neither Jew nor Greek we one in the son

Faith makes us heirs salvation begun

Put on the promise no curse no shame

The cross set us free in his Holy name

Freedom calls in the Galatian air

No burdens no yoke let the Spirit repair

Faith working through love let it flow like streams

Grace over law fulfilling the dream
