Hope

This is an era of stress doubt and defeat
A time full of challenges which grow cycle and repeat
It can be overwhelming and effectively discourage 
One thing we can do for eachother is encourage 

Don't get smothered or allow stress to beat you down
Stand tall and present yourself dont be gloomy or frown
It may seem out of control and like you're along for the ride
Prop eachother up and let them know you'll always be at their side
