Hope

This is an era of stress doubt and defeat

A time full of challenges which grow cycle and repeat

It can be overwhelming and effectively discourage

One thing we can do for eachother is encourage

Don't get smothered or allow stress to beat you down

Stand tall and present yourself dont be gloomy or frown

It may seem out of control and like you're along for the ride

Prop eachother up and let them know you'll always be at their side

Our human super power is an invisible life saving rope

When things go south the saving grace will only be found in your hope

If you give up hope youve surrendered and have already lost

Losing hope is a danger with possible unimaginable cost

Hope provides light and helps us find a way

Without hope you have no reason to make it through your day

Others will see you rise up and in your eyes they'll see a spark

It can spread and grow  regardless of the stress and the dark

Collectively we influence and synch up  and grow strong

You arent lying to yourself  but in hope you can't go wrong

Hope may be the only path to overpower fear

Sharing hope  may be the saving thing others need to hear

Three hundred sixty five times the Lord said dont be afraid

One for each day of the year its one of the clearest messages he made

Fall to fear fail to hope and you may stumble on the slippery slope

All will be lost a brutal cost for failing to cling to hopes saving rope

In all you do all life's adventures ups and downs

You can always pull through or know what to do as long as hope abounds
