Nehemiah heard a call in his soul so deep

Jerusalem in ruins left him struggling to sleep

The walls had fallen the gates burned to ash

In a foreign kings court he prayed for a path

He faced the doubters who laughed in his face

But truth don't falter when it's grounded in grace

Enemies schemed tried to break his flow

With a sword on his hip he said let's go

Through the dust and the grime they worked untamed

Each stone a promise this city renamed

No fear of the dark no fear of the fight

In the face of the storm they reclaimed the light
