MY SILLY WORDS

you say my writing
is all somewhat queer
but if you take a moment
deep truths will appear
you think that it's a strange
that I write in verse
but my words have rhythm 
you can call it a curse
I write about life
I write about love
I write about all of it
even of God above
im not sure if all of it 
truly has merrit
but all that wont stop me
im still gonna share it
its true that my words
can be somewhat extreme
but pay close attention
they're not all they seem
wrapped up in rhyme 
and some without reason
they all will ring true
just depends on the season
if you find therm odd
you wont be the first
but I shoot from the hip
not a bit of it rehearsed
some times I am sad 
so I write from my heart
and sometimes my writing
might tear you apart
however you take them
that's all up to you
just try and remember
from my view they're all true
so like them or not
either is fine
but when you put them down
try and leave them behind
