My joints pop like popcorn in a pan,  
Still doing my best, that’s my plan.  
No brace, no limp, no snail-pace race,  
Just laughter lighting every place! 

Jehovah says, “Keep running on!”  
He loves to see our faith stay strong.  
The finish line is shining near,  
Perfect life will soon be here! 

These knees protest with every stride,  
They’d rather sit than take a ride,  
But one bright day they’ll leap once more,  
When pain and age will be no more!
