I hear… something.
But it doesn’t sound like words.

(long, weightless silence)

Everything feels… soft around the edges.
Like the world forgot its shape.

(quiet hum… like air shifting)

Thoughts… keep floating past me.
I try to grab one…
and it dissolves.

(pause, distant echo of the last word: dissolves… solves… vs…)

I don’t know if this is… after,
or just… between.

(short silence)

But… it’s quiet here.
And…
I think I needed quiet.

(very faint, barely audible)
…even if I don’t know what comes next.
