Let this be my Year

This is my prayer. My hopes and dreams. I know that you already know what my heart desires.

You know how hard I worked for a dream

But I prayed and trusted but it never came to reality

I know everything comes in perfect timing,

But can my time be now

I pray that this year will be the year where I will get things going.

Please help me with my career and have a family of my own.

A little boy and girl conceived naturally

I would like to be a great Mom

And have a family close to You

A family that will be an instrument to shine your light

Through Your power and might,

Nothing is impossible

Your outmost high

And certainly incredible

I know You are with me

And Your plans are for the best

Lord God, please bless me

Let this be the year,

where your love shines on me

I am forever dependent on you Lord

Please help me with my career

Help me work with a purpose

To work for You and be a beacon of hope

I don’t know what to do

But I know You will guide me through

Through Your power and might,

Nothing is impossible

You are my hope

You’re my strength and my anchor

I sing with praise and gratitude

My eyes are enlightened

And I’ll seek you everyday

For loving me like no other

All of these I ask in Jesus name,
