Thankful Heart

Wake up to the morning light,

Feeling grateful, everything's alright.

Thank you Lord for another day,

For bringing me here, for showing me the way.

Sunrise paints the sky so blue,

A brand new chance to start anew.

Eyes open wide to see your grace,

Love in my heart, shining on my face.

Can't find the words to say,

How much I thank you every day.

For life, for love, for every breath,

You're my shield, you're my strength.

I just wanna thank God for waking me up,

For blessings falling down like the rain.

For seeing my loved ones, holding them close,

In your love, I find my hope again.

Every moment, every smile,

It's your blessing all the while.
