Fell asleep with my eyes wide shut

Now I’m walking where the sun gives up

The sky is bleeding, the ground’s alive

Every breath feels like a fight to survive

Whispers echo down these halls

Clawed hands scratch at crumbling walls

Goblins grin with twisted teeth

Hiding lies beneath their speech

I run, but the dark runs too

No way out, no light breaks through

Monsters in the shadows, crawling through my mind

Ghosts and ghouls are whispering lies

Demons laughing while I scream

I’m trapped inside this wicked dream

Creatures hunt and horrors stare

Every heartbeat’s a silent prayer

I try to hide, but I’m not unseen

Still trapped in the dream — in between

Chains of smoke pull me higher

Eyes glow red in forests black

And if I stop, they’ll drag me back

A mirror shows my face undone

I see the fear I’ve tried to run

A voice inside says, “This is you”

But I don’t know what’s false or true

I crawl through dread, I swim through screams

In this place, nothing’s what it seems
