Sunlit Escape

Sunshine on my skin, feeling free within

Sand between my toes, where nobody knows

Waves are singing soft, whispering aloft

In the glow of the day, chasing old worries away

Lying under skies so blue, in the warmth I renew

Let the ocean breeze, set my soul at ease

Every moment here, dissolves every fear

This is my escape, in the sun’s embrace

Oh, I’m floating in the light, wrapped in ocean’s sight

Here beneath the sun, I know I’ve just begun

To live the perfect day, where worries fade away

In this paradise, I’ve found my piece of ice

Lay back, breathe in deep, let the silence seep

Every heartbeat's clear, in this atmosphere

Sunkissed and serene, living out the dream

On this sandy bed, with the sky overhead

So I’ll stay awhile, in this sun-kissed smile

Until the stars appear, the coast is near
