I saw it coming like a slow train  
Felt the cracks beneath my name  
Held it in, played it cool  
Till the weight broke every rule  

I looked around for open hands  
But they were busy building stands  
They got their help when the light was right  
Mine came down in the middle of night  


Figure it out yourself — that’s what the silence said  
When the ones I loved had already fled  
Not out of hate, not out of spite  
Just too worn down to join my fight  
Figure it out yourself — when the timing’s wrong  
And the pain’s been hiding all along  
They healed when the world was kind  
I broke when it left me behind  


I don’t blame them, I see their scars  
They were just trying to reach the stars  
But I was stuck in the dirt and rain  
Waiting for someone to name my pain  

They had their moment, had their grace  
I had shadows I couldn’t face  
And when I finally said “I’m not okay”  
The echo was all that stayed  


It’s not their fault, it’s not mine  
Healing don’t follow a perfect line  
But I’m still here, still breathing slow  
Learning what I didn’t know  

 
Figure it out yourself — it’s a bitter phrase  
But it taught me how to blaze  
Through the dark, through the doubt  
To find my voice and let it shout

And I’m still standing now  
Not with help, not with ease  
But with truth that finally sees
