Hebrews 2

In ages past, through prophets' call,
God spoke in fragments, known to all.
But now a Son, His final Word,
A brighter dawn, distinctly heard.
Above the angels, throne on high,
He reigns in power, touching sky.
No mere creation, formed in time,
But heir of all, in glory's prime.
He is the radiance of God's light,
The very image, pure and bright.
Sustaining all by His command,
The universe held in His hand.
So let the angels bow and sing,
To Christ, our Prophet, Priest, and King.
He stands supreme, forevermore,
The One we worship and adore.

Hebrews 

The ancient priests, a sacred line,
Offered their gifts at the divine
Altar, a shadow of what's true,
A fleeting glimpse, forever few.
But Christ, our High Priest, undefiled,
A perfect Lamb, meek and mild,
Entered the heavens, once for all,
Answering redemption's call.
No daily rites, no constant plea,
His blood alone sets captives free.
The old has passed, the new begun,
Through Christ, our victory is won.
He intercedes, a faithful guide,
To God's own heart, we now confide.
So cast aside the fading sign,
Embrace the truth that is divine.

Hebrews 

By faith, the elders gained renown,
Through trials faced, they won their crown.
Abel's offering, Enoch's walk,
Noah's ark, defying mock.
Abraham's journey, Isaac's birth,
Jacob's blessing on the earth.
Sarah's trust, a son conceived,
A promise kept, they all believed.
Through fiery trials, they held fast,
Their hope in God, forever cast.
Though earthly gains were left behind,
A heavenly city, they did find.
So let us run with patient stride,
The race marked out, with Christ as guide.
Fixing our eyes on Him above,
Perfecting faith in perfect love.
