1 Thessalonians 2

From the start, your faith was clear,
 A beacon of hope, dispelling fear.
Love overflowing, a gentle stream,
 Reflecting God's grace, a vibrant gleam.
We thank our God, each time we pray, Remembering you, day by day.
Your work of faith, we hold it dear,
Your labor of love, year after year.
Steadfast hope, in our Lord Jesus Christ,
A shining example, pure and precise.
Chosen by God, His love revealed,
In every action, your hearts are sealed.
First Thessalonians 

 You welcomed the word, with open hearts,
 Enduring trials, playing your parts.
 An example to all, in Macedonia and beyond,
 Your faith echoed, a powerful bond.
Turning from idols, to serve the true God,
Waiting for His Son, as you trod.
Jesus, who rescues us from wrath,
Guiding our steps, along the path.
Imitators of us, and of the Lord,
Receiving the word, divinely poured.
With joy from the Spirit, in every test,
Your faithfulness proven, truly blessed.
First Thessalonians 

Live in peace, with one another,
Gentle and patient, like a loving mother.
Warn those who are idle, encourage the timid,
 Help the weak, with spirits un-dimmed.
Be patient with everyone, show no spite,
Always pursue what is good and right.
 Rejoice always, without ceasing,
 Pray continually, your faith increasing.
Give thanks in all circumstances, never cease,
For this is God’s will, find inner peace.
 Do not quench the Spirit, let it ignite,
Hold on to the good, with all your might.

For your example, in countless ways.

Christ is coming, in the sky.
 Live in the light, let your spirit soar,
Love each other more and more.
Encourage each other, hand in hand,
Build each other up, across the land.
Comfort the weak, lift up the poor,
