I get it. I have been there before. 
But u can do it without it. 
I know you think you can't, 
but trust me, you can. 
I know you like the feeling right now. 
But when you are ready to get off it and get clean,
 just know you can.

You have to come down to earth. 
Please don't stay there forever.  
Trust me, it will ruin your life if you let it take over. 
I know you don't see it now but I really hope you do before it's too late.  
Please stop before your rock bottom.  
Because your rock bottom is lower than you think. 
You think you won't do something but you will do that and more. 
Your rock bottom will keep lowering. 
Don't let it.

I'm proud of it.
Yes, it's hard.
Very hard.
Even still to stay clean.
So find those to have in your life that will help not hinder you.
