We're in a place in time its plain to see

Where we need to redefine our democracy

We're in the crossroads now and all must decide

What it is about this nation what parts inspire your pride

There's a culture shift a ideological collision

How we navigate this storm is in our hands its our decision

What makes America great

Is it fear lies and hate

Why are we fumbling for a solution

We still have our Constitution

A country defined by principles tradition and decency

Now we watch as the government changes the meaning of free

Values and freedom were our main ideals

Now we're at the whim of what our President feels

We demanded our leaders maintained integrity

Truth and facts have been twisted in plain view for all to see

What makes America great

Is it fear lies and hate

Why are we fumbling for a solution

You should know our president relies on ignorance

He manipulates and controls weak minds like j d vance

He creates a false narrative and weaponizes media feeds

He counts on loyal uninformed sycophants tosupport his deeds

Hate lies and destruction not America that we know can lead

The country is being dismantled while hatred's being breed

You allow him to deceive and disregard each fact

There is shame and disgrace in the way our nation does now act

Here's some facts that are real not open to debate

About the leader you are counting on whose policy is to hate

A convicted felon criminal

Found guilty of sexual assault too

Indicted on dozens more charges not trivial

There was impeachment one and impeachment two

If there's one thing egregious that should prevent his presidency

Is not only his role on January 6 but his grant of clemency

To cop killers and betrayers of our democracy

Is this what you want America to be

A land of fear and hate where we're no longer free

He doesn't even disguise all the lies its right before your eyes

Our fate isn't great its state run hate

Derision and division is that your real decision

Or will you control our fate and create a nation state we can truly call great
