I don’t get rest, I can not count sheep

My mind, these feelings it’s all a big heap

Life moves fast , can’t keep up with the upkeep

I can’t think right now, I can’t concentrate, Can’t think straight

All I do, I do for my family regardless

All the drinks I had, that’s shits in the past

But that’s all I had to help with the pain, being teargassed

Felt like I was on my own (all alone)

My friends surrounded me, offered help

of course I passed, said I’d outlast

I was soon outclassed and outcast

But this wasn’t the end for me, steadfast

I’ve been up, smoking all night long
