Walk in his way

Let us go to Jehovah’s mountain today,
He teaches us gently to walk in his way.
In these last days his truth shines ever bright,
And draws together all who love his light.

The world loves wealth, its glitter and its gain,
But love of money leads to grief and pain.
Such greed ensnares the heart in hurtful care;
God’s counsel helps us flee from the Devil's snare.

And give Jehovah praise in all we do.

Christ told of one who trusted in his store,
Yet life was lost; his riches meant no more.
“Guard well from greed,” his loving words convey,
True life is found in serving God each day.

Though homes may face cold pride and selfish fight,
