The true north mountains

Sometimes I just can’t

See through the fog

The sun only dimly

Illuminates this valley I’m in

There’s no way around

The mountains that enclose me

The river is rising

And I’m a man of stone

So I’ll scale these mountains

It’s not the first time

And it won’t be the last

Faint songs of birds

Reminding me that there

Beautiful northern lights
