Ive came to the realisation that communication is based on when u want and that might be fine for other people but thats not for me. Adult conversations are built on communication give and take. Your old patterns arent acceptable to me anymore im no longer that person. Any relationship i engage in be it partners or friends etc isnt 1 sided sparadic in n out. All these things do is make me shut off and just continue on my lifes journey.
