The Shining

Light breaks through, new day starts,

Pushing shadows from my heart.

Smile shines, clear and bright,

Turning darkness into light.

Once I was lost inside the night,

Feeling cold, no end in sight.

But then I found a spark inside,

A gentle glow I couldn't hide.

Steps I take to rise above,
